My Italy vacation planning service starts with a call (or video chat) where you tell me what you're dreaming about: cities, pace, budget, what excites you, what worries you.

Then I build your personalized itinerary: hotels, trains, restaurants, day-by-day plans. I send it to you, we adjust it together until it feels right.

I book everything that can be booked in advance. And when you leave, you have me on WhatsApp for the entire trip. Questions? Problems? I'm here.

It depends on your trip, but in general my Italy trip planning service includes a personalized day-by-day itinerary, hotel support, restaurant and experience recommendations, transportation guidance, and ongoing assistance before and during your trip.

Everything is tailored to you. I don't use templates or standard packages.

Yes. My services are is exactly for people who want to enjoy Italy without spending months researching, making spreadsheets, and still worrying they're doing it wrong.

I take care of everything: where to stay, where to eat, what to see, how to get there. You just show up and live your trip.

If you hate planning, you're exactly who I work with.

Ideally 4-6 months before you travel.

That gives us time to find the right hotels (not just "what's left"), book restaurants worth booking, and get skip-the-line tickets for the Uffizi, Vatican, and Last Supper.

But if you're leaving sooner, reach out anyway. I've organized trips with just 6 weeks' notice.

I'm Venetian. I grew up there. I know Italy from the inside.

But I've been living in Michigan for years — I understand American expectations, what worries you, what you need to feel comfortable.

I speak both languages. Literally and culturally. I'm the bridge. And I stay with you during the trip. I don't disappear after you've paid.

Mostly planning. You travel on your own with my itinerary.

But I can arrange personalized tours with local guides for specific days (Vatican tour, Trastevere food tour, Tuscany wine tasting). It depends on what you want.

Some people prefer total freedom. Others want a guide for the complicated stuff. We decide together.

Tuscany, Umbria, countryside? Yes, you'll need a car. But I'll give you some key tips to avoid expensive mistakes.

When you plan a vacation to Italy, the ideal length depends on what you want to see.

7-10 days: 2-3 cities max (e.g., Rome + Florence + Tuscany)

10-14 days: 3-4 places, more relaxed pace

14+ days: You can add the South, or go deeper into one region

The rule? Better to do less well than more rushed. Quality over quantity.

You text me on WhatsApp and we solve it together.

Train canceled? I tell you how to rebook. Hotel has an issue? I call them and fix it. Feeling overwhelmed or lost? We talk and I walk you through it.

You're not alone over there. You have me on the other end of the phone — available during reasonable hours (I do sleep sometimes, but I've got you covered).
